		<description>&lt;p&gt;Well, you could argue maturity is an increasing function of intelligence or that there's a correlation there, but maturity is more subjective than intelligence.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I think I've mentioned before that I think of 'maturity' (as commonly understood) as conformity, predictability and, quite often, mediocrity. And that can occur through intelligence and self-discipline or stupidity and hesitance/self-consciousness.&lt;/p&gt;
