A conservative Jewish politician has urged a former Miss Israel/Universe not to marry her non-Jewish boyfriend. I noticed this because the boyfriend happens to be Sarunas Jasikevicius, a rookie in the NBA this season.

Update: Another entry in the hall of fame: Isaac Hayes quit South Park after the show made fun of scientology. As Matt Stone notes, Hayes had no problem making fun of Christians, Muslims, Jews or others for the 10 years before South Park made fun of his faith. Pathetic.
