Once more, I’m a little late to the party (after initial Google-phobia and subsequent laziness), but I’ve finally given Google Video a look. And I like it. Google’s in the perfect position to do this, given they’ve indexed everything out there already, and they’ve done a nice job making things available. Of course, there’s potential for voyeurism, but no one ever said the internet is a safe place — if you don’t want it found, don’t put it online.
I randomly chose to search for ‘learn’, and found lots of interesting stuff. Examples? Learn Cantonese Chinese. Or yoga/pilates.
Or, my personal favourite, bhangra — though I can’t imagine what you need 7 days for!
A weird one that showed up in that search was the movie Swades. Yes, the whole movie. Makes you wonder if something’s gotta give…

Tomorrow’s searches:
- ’samurai’
- videos longer than 1 hour (ie, movies)
- ‘hilarious’
- ‘nba’
- ‘melo nike’ (still haven’t seen the much-talked about Carmelo Anthony ads)
- ‘ltcm’
- ‘calculus’ (just to see what pops up)
- ‘bon jovi’ (to see whether anyone else has put up anti-BJ videos up yet. If not…)
I might never leave my room again :)
