Lateral raises: - 7 x 10 - 7 x 10 - 7 x 10
Front raises: - 7 x 10 - 10 x 10 - 10 x 8
Bent-over rows (more like bent-over facepulls with dumbbells): - 8 x 10 - 11 x 10
And by that tme the gym folks were ready to throw me out…
But hey, that’s a 115.5-pound military press!
