Cable pulls: - 20 x 10 - 20 x 10 - 20 x 10
Notes:
23.75kg on each side of a 20kg bar! Woohoo! To think I’ve only managed 17 before and that the jump to 20 was supposed to be aggressive!
I’m not ramping up very aggressively with the cable pulls (second workout I’ve done 20s), but it’s amazing how effective this exercise is. My arms hurt half-way through every set, even with such a small weight. The really cool thing is that they seem to hit my triceps, and both the front and medial heads of the deltoids. Very cool :)
